Abstract
This paper mainly discusses how to use Python technology to develop a short video intelligent recommendation system. The system will work in all stages in strict accordance with the software development process, using B / S architecture and object-oriented programming ideas for project development. In the introduction, the author will discuss the current background of short video intelligent recommendation and the purpose of system development.
The main users of short video intelligent recommendation are administrator and user. The functions include administrator: home page, personal center, user management, popular video management, user upload management, system management, user: home page, personal center, user upload management, my collection management, front page; home page, popular video, user upload, announcement information, personal center , background management and other functions.
